Judicial proceedings after the Karachi Bombing

The investigating chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal canceled on May 31, 2023 the indictment of a client of the firm Godin Associés in the judicial investigation into the homicide/involuntary injuries aspect of the Karachi attack (8 May 2002). The argument that the facts were time-barred, raised by Vincent Courcelle-Labrousse, was allowed by the chamber.
