In October 2024, Aurélie Giordano was invited by a leading French insurance broker to present to its teams the difficulties involved in proving losses and the strategies offered by French law to improve a claims file. The teams were particularly interested in the possibility of carrying out a private appraisal with the value of a judicial appraisal, which we describe in detail in this Newsletter.

Aurélie Giordano’s application as a member was accepted by the Pôle Mer Méditerranée in October 2024.
