Comparing Thaï and French trial systems 

On 12 December, Vincent Courcelle-Labrousse spoke at the Alliance Française in Bangkok as part of a round-table discussion on “Comparing Thai and French trial systems: crossing expertise and knowledge“. Mr Vipon Kititasnasorchai, public prosecutor, gave a presentation on the criminal procedure system in Thailand. The debate was moderated by Jean-François Redonnet, Regional Liaison Magistrate for Southeast Asia and the Far East.
