Chang-Hua Peng

Lawyer

Chang-Hua Peng holds a Master’s degree in International Law devoted to development law and policy from the University of Paris-V René Descartes and a PhD from the University of Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2019.

After having founded his own firm, he developed a partnership with GODIN ASSOCIES. His main activities are oriented in the field of transport and insurance.

He has developed an expertise in investment and business development projects, particularly in Sino-European trade.

In the public sphere, he is a local elected official. He teaches law at the University of Paris-I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He is a member of the French Association of Maritime Law and of the Cercle Agénor.
